Lisa obtained certain estimates in a timely manner, allowing us to price the home appropriately. Lisa had an offer within a week of listing the home. She was excellent in staying in touch and keeping us abreast of the process, as we moved forward. The sale of the home closed in late March. It was a painless process and competently handled by Lisa. She was extremely patient in waiting and checking back in with us through the process. Her communication was quick and top-notch in working with the lender, title company/escrow, inspector, owner negotiating, etc.. We really felt personally taken care of and advocated for in all aspects! Lisa was very personable, friendly and accommodating. We consider her a friend! luckyjgh19 July 2017When I bought my house in 2003, I told my realtor that if I ever decided to sale - she would have first choice. She was hired in Jan '17 and had the house up until Mar '17 with very little luck. Unhappy with the showings I was getting interviewed other companies of which Lisa Miguel was one. She and her assistant (Nancy Fugua) both made the presentation and I was very impressed. I signed a new contract with them and within the first week I had more viewings than I had with the other company for 3 months. Price was the same both times. Lisa stayed in contact almost daily or whenever there was a situation we needed to talk. Received call backs on viewings regarding the house. She sold the house for more than asking price and I worked closely with Nancy to find another house which she did a fantastic job. I have moved into my new house and very happy. Lisa listened and always responded to our every question very quickly. She recommended some repairs and improvements prior to putting house on the market and our sale price more than made up for the cost of the improvements. She researched many comps and suggested a sales price for more than we thought we could ask which was a happy moment. Lisa hit the ground running. She hired a professional photographer, arranged for an open house, passed out flyers and put together a notebook about our neighborhood shortly after she was hired. Her on-line contacts were superb. We were immediately impressed by Lisa. She comes across as confident and competent but remains warm and respectful of the emotional aspects surrounding selling a home. We had some time constraints, and Lisa helped us to identify an appropriate asking price which was spot on (actual transaction cleared at 98.5% of asking price). Our property was on the market for only 15 days and we received two offers which we believe maximized the sale price given our time constraints. Lisa is more than just a great real estate agent, she's a savvy business person whose product happens to be real estate. She understands the marketing, finance, and legal aspects of her craft, but more than all of that, she believes in customer service. That last part is why I'm writing this review. I was faced with the challenge of selling my father's home in Phoenix, while living in Northern California. When I first met with Lisa, we did a walk-through of the home together. I wanted to see what she would do with the home before saying what I felt needed to be done. As we executed the walk-through, I found myself agreeing with everything Lisa recommended; we were completely aligned. While I had made appointments to interview contractors to do the work we'd defined, Lisa brought her resources to the table, and I decided to go with them. Lisa's recommended contractors came through big time, and Lisa was outstanding in her oversight and review of the work performed.
